Requirements Capture and Solution development
We confirm the business and techincal requirements which are used to develop solution options that can be designed to a detial level
Recommendations
Our research and analysis is summarised in a proposal for an individually designed network that suits your business. Our recommendations include a detailed plan, network map, clearly defined objectives and a recommended course of action.
Implementation
Sain Communications Limited manages all aspects of the implementation process, including strategic planning, design, procurement, project management, testing, training and documentation. During the implementation process, we ensure that we work closely with your existing IT team to produce the best possible results.
Close Out
We close out each project with a look back review to ensure coninuos improvement input to our processes
